The Mobile Connected Diagnostics application is exclusively available to registered users of Connected Diagnostics™, offering the full functionality of Connected Diagnostics directly on your mobile phone or tablet. An active connection to a compatible telematics provider is essential to receive data transmitted from the equipment's SAE J1939 data link, while a cellular or Wi-Fi connection is required for the mobile device to receive real-time equipment status updates.

Mobile Connected Diagnostics is compatible with commercial Cummins electronic engines and Cummins Agility Natural Gas fuel systems across various applications—on-highway, off-highway, marine, and power generation. Please note that it is currently not compatible with Dodge, Ram, or Nissan OEM pickup truck system electronics. You receive instant fault diagnosis and clear recommendations on whether to continue operation or seek immediate service. This system ensures proper maintenance while reducing downtime that would have been previously spent investigating the source of a check engine light.

Expert Assistance:

Connected Diagnostics™ leverages Cummins expertise to analyze fault code data, prioritizing both active and recently inactive faults to provide confident recommendations on halting or servicing promptly. By suggesting probable root causes down to the component level, this system streamlines repair processes and minimizes operational disruptions.

Comprehensive Insights:

The unique insights offered by Connected Diagnostics™ surpass mere dashboard indicators and basic data extracted from electronic engine systems. This solution identifies and prioritizes fault codes, diagnoses probable causes, notifies you accordingly, and locates the nearest Cummins-certified repair center equipped with Genuine Cummins parts and factory-certified technicians. Additionally, only Connected Diagnostics™ can detect engine performance derate timers triggered by faults. Being informed about impending derates allows you to take preventive action, safeguarding your engine's health and reducing costly recovery expenses.
